Amanda joins A2 as a Coastal Resilience Planning and Grant Manager. Hailing from Baton Rouge, LA, Amanda has been fascinated by the connections between ecosystem health and community resilience from a young age. She earned a B.S. in Earth Science from Furman University and a M.S. in Biology from Florida International University, where she studied an Everglades coastal wetland’s capacity to adapt to salinization. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and kayaking.
